Course syllabus

The course covers the syllabus as published by the MOF notification, “Notification, issued in accordance with article 56, for
the certification of employees of Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) and Credit Institutions licensed to operate in the Republic”

Certificates

The course covers the General Part and the following certificates:

1. reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments;
2. execution of orders on behalf of clients;
3. dealing on own account;
4. portfolio management;
5. investment advice;
6. underwriting of financial instruments and/or placing of financial instruments whether on a firm commitment basis or not;

The course will be offered in English

Dates:

Limassol: 21 April – 15 May

Structure:

Weekdays: 17:30 – 21:00

Saturdays: 10:00 – 18:00

  • The participation fee is EUR 800 plus VAT.
  • The fee includes lecture material and a CD containing all Laws Directives and Regulations
