Subject: CIF`s annual fees for 2023
Purpose: To Inform CIFs that the Form 87-03-01 for the calculation of the annual fees has been updated.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued an “Announcement” on 22/03/2024 to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) that the Form 87-03-01 (Calculation of the annual fees) has been updated in order to include annual fees for 2023.
CySEC informs that CIFs are obliged to use the revised Form 87-03-01 for the calculation of their annual fees.
CySEC further informs that, when submitting this form to CySEC, the CIFs should attach as Appendixes the following:
• The extract from the audited financial statements where the total turnover of the corresponding year (2023) is disclosed.
• Evidence of the payment of the annual fees to the CySEC.
The Form 87-03-01 must be submitted to CySEC through the Portal and the deadline for the submission is within four months from the end of each financial year, that is by 30 April the latest.
The completed and duly signed Form 87-03-01 must be submitted along with the payment of the annual fee.
The Form 87-03-01 has been published on the CySEC’s website.
