Subject: Risk Based Supervision Framework (the ‘RBS-F’) – Electronic submission of information for the year 2025 (Form RBSF-CASP)
Purpose: To inform CASPs of the obligation to submit the Form RBSF-CASP, Version 3.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C771 on 03/04/2026 to inform the Crypto Asset Services Providers (‘CASPs’) which are registered with CySEC, providing services in or from Cyprus, that a new version of the Form RBSF-CASP (‘the Form’), Version 3, is issued.
This Form is issued on an annual basis and its scope is the collection of various statistical information.
CySEC informs that the Form must be completed and successfully submitted to CySEC, by all CASPs that were authorized by 31/12/2025. Furthermore, all CASPs registered with CySEC, irrespective of whether they were operational as at 31/12/2025, must also submit the Form.
The deadline for the submission of the Form is by Friday, 08/05/2026, at the latest.
The Form must be successfully submitted electronically via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’).
The Form is regarded as being successfully submitted to CySEC only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received.
Circular C771 also refers to the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to CySEC and general comments for the Form.
