Subject: New reporting/notification deadlines for RBS-F, Quarterly Statistics and Supervision purposes – Amending previous circulars
Purpose: To inform the Regulated Entities that a further extension of the deadlines for submitting the relevant reports/notifications to CySEC will be granted.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C373 on 31/03/2020 in order to inform the Regulated Entities that a further extension of the deadlines for submitting the RBS-F reports, Quarterly Statistics reports, relevant annual reports, COREP forms and disclosures will be granted.
Therefore the submission deadlines indicated in the previous issued Circulars C363, C364, C365, C368, C369 and C37O are changed.
The further extension of the deadlines is due to the uncertainty that Regulated Entities may face from the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Cyprus.
In details, the new deadlines are:
A. RBS-F Reports and Quarterly Statistics
CySEC will extent the regular deadlines for the submission of the RBS-F reports and Quarterly Statistics reports by three (3) months. The new deadlines are listed below:

B. Annual and other reports/notifications submitted by CIFs
Following Circular C365 issued on March 17, 2020 and addressed to CIFs, with regards to the reporting/notification deadlines amid the impact of COVID-19, CySEC extents further the regular deadlines. Therefore, CySEC has amended Circular C365 as follows:
